Dependencies are not automatically activated with `set enable`; is that correct?

Hi Laurent,

Example with libvirtd:

_ $ ls -1 /etc/s6/sv/libvirtd-srv/dependencies.d/
                                  _
_dbus_
_modules_
_mount-filesystems_
_virtlockd_
_virtlogd_

When I activate libvirtd, this message appears.
_ $ doas s6 enable libvirtd

                                                                    _
_s6-rc-set-change: warning: the following services (dependencies of the
ones given as arguments, or part of the same pipeline) also need to be
changed to "active": virtlogd-srv virtlogd-log virtlockd-srv
virtlockd-log _

So, is this the correct way?
_ $ doas s6 enable virtlogd virtlockd libvirtd_

If I recall correctly, in previous versions dependencies were loaded
automatically; the same applies to any service that has dbus as a
dependency--for instance, `seatd` or `cupsd`.

Thanks, Luis.
