s6 Nix packages and Nix OSes

Hello list,

I've noticed the s6 expressions in Nixpkgs have not been updated
recently. For those interested I have an overlay with fresh packages
that are free to copy into other package sets.

https://git.syndicate-lang.org/synit/slam/src/branch/trunk/pkgs/by-name

There is also an overlay for stripping Systemd from runtime closures.
https://git.syndicate-lang.org/synit/slam/src/branch/trunk/overlays/without-systemd.nix

For those that want an OS that is something between Guido Witmond's
"NixOS Init Freedom" and Adam Joseph's "SixOS" there is SLAM,
which is roughly in the same region in terms of documentation
coverage:

https://git.syndicate-lang.org/synit/slam

I'm in #s6 and #slam on OFTC if there are any questions.

Cheers,
Emery
