Oof. I need to update my cleanup procedure.
(This happens when running ./configure and changing TLS backends without
first doing "make clean". My release script didn't see these files were
still around.)
You can safely delete these files, they're build artifacts. Any build
that needs them will generate them.
Thanks for the report. I will release another version soon with the
artifacts out of the tarball.
