Can't compile static skalibs 2.15.1.0 with musl/gcc

Hi,
musl 1.2.6, gcc 16.1.1, ArchARM on aarch64 machine:

$ export CC=musl-gcc
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-shared
<...>
Checking whether linker accepts -Wl,--sort-common ...
   ... yes
Checking required linker flags for socket functions...
./configure: unable to determine required linker flags for socket functions
