No git repository access

Hello,

when I currently try to access the skarnet git repository via browser, I
get a "404 not found" response.

I have tested for example:
https://git.skarnet.org/cgi-bin/cgit.cgi/skalibs/
https://git.skarnet.org/cgi-bin/cgit.cgi/s6/
https://git.skarnet.org/cgi-bin/cgit.cgi/s6-frontend/
https://git.skarnet.org/cgi-bin/cgit.cgi/
https://git.skarnet.org/favicon.ico
https://git.skarnet.org/

Probably also other git repositories on the server have the same problem.
