At last, it's release time !
4 packages have been updated.
skalibs-1.4.0
Lots of new things, including small bugfixes, better set management,
better /dev/urandom management, new interfaces for IPv6. And even
three pages of documentation. Seriously.

s6-1.1.0
Two small bugfixes... in the two most important programs of the
suite, s6-supervise and s6-svscan. A bug could prevent logger
services from exiting cleanly at shutdown time; another one was
making s6-svscanctl -an inconsistent.
Also, a timed lock library has been added, and s6-setlock can
now timeout if it doesn't manage to acquire a lock in a given
frame of time.

s6-portable-utils-1.0.2
Nothing special here, just a cleanup release for it to compile
with skalibs-1.4.0, which removes a lot of deprecated functions.
