PATCH support in tipidee

Hello again.

As mentioned in a previous thread, I'm happily using tipidee to serve on a personal machine, paired with CGI to use Wallabag.
After some time, I found I could not mark articles as read via the API (the web frontend works, which is why it took me so long to notice).
It turns out, it seems, tipidee rejects all PATCH requests, even if the CGI script is meant to handle them?
My impression from inspecting the source code is that it is indeed omitted, and it returns an error if found.
Assuming my assessment is correct, would it be reasonable to request that feature? Otherwise, is there a possible workaround?
The Wallabag API seems to not want me to replace it with POST (which I attempted just to try my luck), returning a forbidden method.

Cheers,
Mario.
